Leave it to Al Ewing to find the most convoluted, shrouded in continuity way to tackle resurrection and make it dope as fukk :wow: dude was even able to tie everything together to the Dominions and the current Fall of X story. A masterclass in comics once again by good ol' Al :banderas:

And Storm continues to be the biggest winner of the Krakoan Era :blessed:

honestly i think synch is(or at least was) winning the krakoan era. he came outta nowhere to be a frontrunner powerhouse in all this. storm has always been a force, and this isnt the first time people have seen her as some sort of goddess

Yeah, Synch is the only one that could take the spot from Ororo. But it's not just her being OP (to a kinda ridiculous level at this point :heh:) but more about her being involved in every single big W mutants have had in the past 5 years and her leading the way for anything good that happens to mutants. Plus, she's gotten the most positive character development out of any of the more known mutants.

It's true that Synch came out of nowhere, and I truly hope he isn't thrown to the bushes once the relaunch happens later this year, and I'm not gonna argue against his case. It's just that every comic Storm is in, she comes out looking better than before, and she's been involved in basically everything so far :wow:

PS: Synch's story might be the only thing Duggan got right out of everything else Hickman set up for him, lol.

thats gonna happen. i dont know how, but
since they got rid of older laura,
its only a matter of time before they drop him off a bridge too.

if theres one thing that i dont want to come from everything going back to "normal" is everything returning to the status quo. i like black tom and big fred as good guys. banshee possessed by a spirit has potential to me. i think this is the most attention cypher has gotten in decades. not that i dont want some things to return(the captain britain corps was wasted under betsy, and her hating on brian is too damn much, and the mystique shyt) but throwing the baby out with the bathwater i dont think is the way to go about doing things

as for storm,, you are right that shes been racking the wins this arc,, but shes never really been on the losing end to me

Black Panther is getting canceled at issue 10 so Ultimate Black Panther will be the only book for the series. :blessed:

Sorry but superhero fans want superhero stories. Not longitudinal social experiments.
The premise of Ultimate BP sounds dope as fukk, I truly hope the series can live up to the hype :lawd:

I think Bryan Hill wants to restore the classic BP feel to the series with more exploration of the characters in there. He said he's tired of people using the character to tell social experiment stories.

Black Panther hasn't been consistently interesting since the Hudlin run.

Geoff Johns' early 2000''s Avengers run also had an excellent portrayal of T'Challa. His rivalry with Stark was one of the most interesting dynamics of his run.

Oh, I can't forget Hickman's Avengers run also had an excellent BP.

Felt like Ultimate Black Panther could've had 5-7 more pages to truly set the world and mood. I'm in though, I wanna read at least the first 6 issues.

Don't trust these Vodu Khan bytches :birdman:

Killmonger and is that Ororo or someone else ? :wow:

I agree. It felt almost like an appetizer. Just a very quick introduction to the main characters who will be involved in the book and the central theme.

Ultimate Black Panther #1 is the palette cleanser we needed a decade ago.

Pretty good takeoff issue (not perfect but very very promising). If the flight is business class and they stick the landing, I’ll seriously bush 616 Panther.

Not like there's much of a choice since the book is getting cancelled next month
