It is red the artist on his IG said it’s just highlighted pink like that

I'll never forget it...in the aftermath when Onslaught stopped, Xavier wanted to turn himself in for Onslaught's crimes...Scott, Storm, and Wolverine..everyone stood up for him..Joseph even wanted to take it on himself since he blamed Magneto's persona for everything but Jean didn't want to speak up for him and looked befuddled and confused..she's a SUPER GOODY TWO shoe character..so she can't know he wanted to bang her at 16 and let it slide. She didn't confront him on it though.
