May reread Palmiotti's Jonah Hex.

Palmiotti is underrated as a writer. It's amazing to think that, if you've been reading comics for a good bit, he's from the era where the Comic Artist outshined the Comic Writer, and he was best known as Joe Quesada's inker.

it's wild to think about. Them cats during those days were damn near pop stars. We can go on about shytty Liefield art now, but dude was doing Levis commercials and shyt. Nobody was even thinking about movies and TV shows. X-Force selling (what kinda rough estimate) 5 million copies.

Hell, Young Cable didn't even know who Slymm and Redd were, IIRC. He stay cozying up to young telepath girls, but CABLE Cable had his powers muted as an infant cause of the Techno Virus.

It would be a cool twist, but.... we'll see where it goes.
