For anyone that's read the Sandman series, can I start with Overture or should I go with the original volume 1 and read Overture after I finish the rest of the series for added context?

I suggest saving Overture for last. The way it is written requires understanding of everything that came before it.

Thanks I have Vol.1 to start at, but I impulse bought Overture because I caught myself thumbing through it at the bookstore and couldn't resist.

The artwork looks masterful

Rosenberg knows how to write a very compelling Wilson Fisk. His Civil war II tie in Kingpin mini-series was one of the few that were worth a damn.
I throughly enjoyed that miniseries. When I first heard about a Kingpin miniseries I was like :what: but decided to try it out and I was hooked!:pachaha:

The Kingpin mini series back in the 2000s was dope. It was basically an origins story.

KP the only ongoing title I'm reading. I wonder if I'll still be reading in a few months :heh:

JUst came back from a con that has been going on for years. I can't believe I slept on this one. It's pretty cheap to enter and has a lot more comic vendors. Dem 50 cent bins always have me :banderas: Of course I leave with more shyt not on my list, but :manny:

shyts cool cause they give you free shyt for movie promotions. Got a unique pen, a phone charger and Power Rangers posters, which had me :gladbron: They had some bad ass mini posters of each Ranger with their zords, but they were gone when I saw them. :francis:

They have it 3-4 times a year so I'm going again.

Might hit up WC at the beginning of the month. It's that or Wrestlemania and I'm 65% sure Ima go there.
