My debit card charges: "Up to 1% of amount" for both ATM withdrawals and debit card purchases.
The cards I look up (briefly) all have an annual fee. If I get one it's going to be an inactive card. I don't see myself going overseas too much even though I'm trying to travel more.
Edit: I may get the Wells Fargo Propel American Express® Card. No annul fee and I use my American Express Blue Cash for everything else. Some places don't take Amex though.
