My Ghanian brehs, please recommend me a popping spot in Accra to post up for a 3-4 day trip in December/January. Looking for something pretty close to the action i.e. nightlife, entertainemnt venues etc. I won't have a car so I'll be using just Uber, hence the need to be centrally located.

Looking to start narrowing down on AirBnbs and other accomodations.

The view is amazing up there, but it gets cold up there I think UCSB is a better location though it right on the beach.

I wish I would have known about this thread sooner, Over the last 2 years I've did 10 days in Cuba, 10 in Mexico, 10 in Indonesia, and 5 month in Australia. I'll probably post some stuff later.
Same, I totally forgot about this thread. Not sure where I left off this thread as far as my destinations are concerned so here’s the list:

Paris
London
Zürich
Tokyo
Costa Rica
Puerto Rico
Havana Cuba
Amsterdam
Brussels
Rome
Barcelona
Madrid
Lisbon
Marrakech

I’ll be posting pics of my greatest hits from the Instagram my wife and I have been building up over the past year or so

Where are you going?

I'm curious, how many trips to Barcelona, Paris or London could you get for the amount you just paid? It sucks that it costs so much to go to Africa.

Those vaccines are a big reason why I haven't gone to Africa. I don't even get a flu shot, haven't had one since I was 15. I don't like needles.

I read there were 10 recommended vaccines in addition to the yellow fever. I many did you take?
Didn’t need a single shot to land in Marrakesh for 4 days. I guess it’s super expensive to go to sub-Sahara Africa :manny:

For you, I'd say go after Christmas. You don't have family there so it's not like you'll be missing out on much, although Nigeria bubbles up a lot more during Christmas.

I, on the other hand, have a lot of family and friends that will be flying in then. Christmas also has a lot of Nigerians in the diaspora in the country so a lot of networking opportunities.

HK is my favorite Asian city. towering skyline contrasted with the mountains behind it, all surrounded by water....the English influence making it easily accessible to the Western world....world class food(cheap to expensive) almost everywhere you go....lots of expats from all over the world....and its an hour ferry ride away from Macau, a former Porteguese colony with casinos that have a bigger gambling revenue than Vegas.

the only negative thing is that you're around so many millionaires and billionaires....you feel poor as fukk:wow:Hong Kong has Audemars Piguet stores at each of their main metro stations.

about the pollution.. if you're in South Korea, you're already breathing in China's pollution. :francis:

When are you scheduled to go? I’m sure their immigration office is slammed from Brexit effects. Will you need a visa for EU countries? If not, land in London then continue on to France, Spain, etc.
