Another reason why I cut back on lifting as much... Aside from working weird ass hours

I might go tonight though and see what I can do.
Just came back

Yeah i'm garbage. Strength wise I'm fine but the pain in my joints, tibias, and now my left elbow make things almost impossible.

Plus i lost some stamina from drinking and smoking.

It could take some months of consistently lifting/working out to feel any better but the injuries slow that down... It's depressing

So I'm out

And yessir keep that workout going it's better than the weights and it'll get you in shape quick,while building quality muscle at the same time.

Nah, I ain't capin or his alias. I've been here since 2012. No reason to suddenly create an alias. The dude has been in the gym section, he has posted a video. I seen beefs where a poster always posts in a different forum but isn't known elsewhere so it looks like they're new and on some bullshyt. I thought that's what it was so I uploaded the video. If that ain't good enough then he'll handle it himself.
Him bein in the section don't mean shyt and he posted A video most people that are gym nuts and talk about it online constantly post mad videos of themselves workin out yet he only had that same one for the last year and took several days to upload that latest one he couldn't even post a arm pic when asked:ld:I mean common sense says if a grown man has over 14,000 posts in a year on a single message board he ain't got time to also go to work put in as much work in the gym as he claimin have a social life AND have free time to relax/chill (in addition to whatever else he does online cause you know a lame wit that many posts on one site stay on the internet) it ain't enough hours in the day the shyt don't add up so I call bullshyt.:mmmhmmiseeyou:
