And if its just bodyweight... Then yeah its pretty easy to rep 15 of everything. I've already did competitions like this in military multiple times and did more than this:yeshrug:

I've changed my workouts since then and not as healthy but yeah... Probably could still do everything confidently except maybe pullups (got to do those for about a week to be 100% confident but i think i got that... It's not much)

Im happy to meet someone on my day off and they can witness it or something

I been trying to stop lifting so much to slim up and rest my joints

I dead lifted 405 for 2 reps (maybe it was 3 reps? I have the video around some where but my photo album hasthousands of videos/pictures from work so its hard for me to find shyt from time to time) and was done for the day after that shyt :laff: aint even try it since :laff:

:russ: Yeah, I feel you. Deadlifts take a lot outta me too, but that's why I like them so much.

Not sure what my max is now, but before I hurt my back about 2 years ago I was doing 510 for sets of 5. I just started deadlifting again about a month ago and I haven't gone much over 405 cuz i'm afraid of re-injuring my back.

I've always been fairly strong in my lower body. My upper body strength is trash though. I see y'all working out with 80+ dumbbells on the shoulder presses. :salute: I can only get 70 for 3 x 10 and I have 50+ lbs on most of yall in this thread. :snoop:

Theres only like 6 posters (maybe a few more dont kno official count) who posted videos unfortunately. The rest usual coli shyt talkin shyt (guilty of a lot of it) but you kno the internet everyond a critique but wont post themselves doin it
