Im pissed because the...person that was supposed to record it the first time didn't press record and wasted my time and energy doing that shyt so i had to do it again, not as clean as the first but still good enough

Squat/Deadlift and 15 pullups bodyweight childs play but benching your bodyweight 15 times is such a jump in feat. I suggest you lower the req for bench for now @Originalgangsta317

That's all I do is super sets every workout then hit the track for a lap

Back to back. My arms ain't got shyt to do with my chest so why not hit both and save time while gettin a more intense workout

As far as actual challenge of the thread goes for 15 reps squat for body weight;

I weigh 170 right now

so I did 225 lbs for 20 reps in a row sit down squats;



I benched 175 15 reps in a row yesterday, then 3 more sets of 12 after (51 total reps). No one to record though but if really need to be pressed for it I bench again by Friday

:mjlol: At these birds on the coli. This basically another version lipstick alley. I've never seen and don't kno men that act like these clowns. None of these cats workout, can fight, and they don't show themselves in any aspect

Either way back to the gym shyt, y'all can heat my gym locker. I'm not ever straightening that shyt out :russ:

fukk waiting until Wednesday. We get it in early. Had 185 on there. Weight is about 180. Was at that last night. Could've gone lower but my thighs was killing me. This was my second attempt. Tried again to see if I can get lower. Still tried tho. Sitting on bench to see if I can even get five reps at this weight.
