We all grown ass men. Stop cluttering the thread with bullshyt, My fault for my part in doin the same. I'm about to go out my way to my main gym to make sure I post something tomorrow. I wasn't about to disrespect this thread with no shyt from some damn smith machines at planet fitness, that shyt is 5 minutes away so that's were I workout Monday's and Tuesday's but Ima make the trip tommorow for my first vid
Chest and arms day so I'm do that 15 with 255 at the end of my pyramid as a burn out, go straight to kick outs and hit 15 with a plate, then get as close to 15 as I can with a plate on barbell curls. The barbell curls about to be a struggle for 15 but that's extra credit anyway. No rest breaks in between or spots
Dead lifts the next day and I don't even do deads but I'll knock out an easy 15 at my weight, lawn mowers the day after that with half my weight on each arm. then squats after that depending on how my back is feelin since my back will be sore from deads so I might need a couple days rest. I can't do 15 shoulder presses at 255 but I could get about 7
