Im 120 and my orm for bench hovers around 230-240. Im like 10% bf as well. Unless you have comparable bf to me and doing double your bw on bench can you really say im lifting light weightYou still light weight and just getting into it. Keep it up.
But I cant think of a single person whose in the 315+lb bench range/ "15 muscle ups" range who doesnt have multiple videos in 2016.

Has ANYONE in the HISTORY of SOHH/Coli who when pressed to post a proof picture on the spot, and instead of posting it - they laugh it off on some nervous shyt, EVER been who they were I cant think of a single time
my bench is probably my weakest part of my gym routine (a lot of its mental from being younger and the bar slipping out my hands racking it and 135 lbs falling on my forehead ) today I repped 175 lbs 50 reps within 4 sets my peak last year was 315 lbs for 5 separate reps in same session

I dont do heavy squats anymore either, my knee is fukked. I just do 225 x 20 for 3-4 setsCray thang is I normally rep 185 x 8. I probs could do 175 x 12. I admittedly od on upper body my squat kind of trash right now. I got up to 315 a while back bulking but I dont go over 225 now. Same with deads. Im kind like whatever with it tho. I look good with my shirt off and stronger than 95% of this wack ass country relative to bw. Im over killing myself to put up insane numbers.
