I dropped Castle rock after episode like 6 or 7. It started good but kinda dragged.

I helped my parents with their firetv set up bc I got tired of seeing that same show on rotation every time I visit and makes it even worse bc they also watch when those CSI marathons come on. Gave them my tv app subscriptions etc, so they have access to hulu and other streaming apps, movies, etc. spent like an hour showing them how to access it, reviewing all the different options they have, introducing them to new shows. The next time I go over there, what are they watching??? - Blue Bloods, that Navy CSI show with LL Cool J, and Criminal Minds, on Netflix ..

now it's even worse bc they realized they can go back and binge watch allllll of the seasons and episodes from years back.

Last season of Terror was good (season 1) - it was a real slow build but it was very interesting after the first 2 eps and the set up. It was basically about these 2 ships that are on a voyage but they become trapped due to an ice storm. Just shows how they deal with their situation and the impending doom. The show was real dark and sinister- as in their fates were kind of sealed from the start and just gets worse. It's an historical period horror piece and it is supposedly based on real events.
This season is about the Japanese encampments (world war 1 or 2, whichever one that was) - it's mehhh, so far. I'll get back into it eventually but it hasn't captured my interest as much as the first season.
