Did you watch both seasons of Castle Rock? This second season is supposed to be a prequel to "Misery" with the Annie Wilkes character? Did you like it? Second season Ep 1 and 2 of CR is taking effort for me to get through. Terror I was engrossed right away even though the story was slow.
I've liked Castle Rock's second season more as it has gone on and gotten more supernatural.

Who is that other white dude he punched in the stomach on the courtroom stairs? He just appeared out the blue - they did not hold back on hitting viewers with all the details upfront. I wasn't expecting for them to introduce the demon, first ep, 20 mins in. and torture her like that. Talking about all the sinister acts that he was going to do to her daughters - Damn CBS, at least let me get acclimated to the characters before you scare the fuk out of me with that demon presence.

@Daredevil I haven't seen Parasite yet. I'll calendar that in for this weekend. I wasn't checking for it but now with yall mentioning it, I'll see what it's about.

That's why I liked the first one - that was great. But the kills were extra in the 2nd one, I agree
- when they cut off limbs it was like they had to show it in slo-mo, along with all the blood splatter special affects and facial expressions . That Asian dude as the comic relief was hilarious though. I liked how they made Danielle (from Halloween) the focal point of this series.

Parasite is incredible. It’s just this dope mix of comedy, horror, drama, and satire all rolled in one. And much like ready or not, it’s all about the class divide and how the rich just live off the backs of everyone else.
