This was my feeling too. I saw the second one and it was one of my favorite movies that year, but going back I watched the first again, then again not very long after (it was on TV). It kinda became a 'hangout' movie for me and my roommate then, so I think I love the first overall more. I would still agree that the second had a tighter script, the first is a better blend of comedy though.
Servant gonna end up being my favorite show.
