But even though I disagree I respect the opinion. I hate the OG Texas Chainsaw Massacre so I understand being alone on an island not getting something that everyone else considers a classic.

Nah. Not yet but hopefully. It's giving me ideas for my own soon to be published monsters vs superhero universe or as I call it superhorror universe.I know. Is there another part to it?

OHHHHH... LOL...i remember watching the cryptkeeper with my dad.. there's so many remakes out, thought I was missing something. But Yes! 
I did see Tales from the Hood 2.... that one I did manage to see. It was a lot better than I anticipated. I like the underlying themes and how the narrator presented it. The first anthology was the best - the one with the doll. There's a whole other thread about the doll character - I forget the name of it. (edit - golliwags... ) they got what they deserved in that one...

I watched Lowlife last night and it was pretty damn entertaining although a little too pleased with itself... still, among the best that IFC midnight has put out and that isn't saying much since most of those movies are garbage.
It's hard to look at a movie which uses organ harvesting and immigrant human trafficking as fodder for its plot as anything but gratuitous, especially when it took 5 film school grads to write the script.
