Negged, lol.. j/k- it's the character development and plot development. What do you expect - Michael to just appear out of nowhere, for no reason and start with the knife stabbing, chopping off heads and limbs. Needs to be some creativity in the process. That's called tension- there has to be a slow build for the story so that we know what to expect in terms of how the setting takes place. If you want immediate death and dismemberment, Texas Chainsaw and Saw, Wrong Turn franchises (first 2 mins in, billy jeb the inbred starts murking people onsight)

Halloween had so many great things in it. I was watching the Kill count of the movie and the Cinemasins both made me realize the genius of Carpenter and Hill.

I mean that's on you. I care about the Lore plus IMOM reminds me of a dream I had as a,kid where I found out the world was ending but no one believed me when I told them. Much more scary to me.
