Summer of 84 had a much darker ending than I was expecting.... damn

I loved the ending of Summer of 84.
It was basically one big to them kids.

shyt was pretty corny but was waaaaaaay better than that Tales From the Hood 2 shyt.

no spoilers or nothing, Danny Trejo basically hijacks these perv ass hacker muthafukkas computers while theyre lookin at booty butt cheeks with the intent on black mailing them for bread.

first story had Tamala Jones sexxy ass in it. had a funny little twist. some domestic abuse type story.

2nd joint was some shyt about brothers being falsely accused of shyt. it was ok. felt like it coulda been a little deeper than how they put it out but whatever.

3rd shyt waaaas DUMB FUNNY! i would say just watch the shyt for this one. this redneck former pig muthafukka orders like a teleporter/reality warper thing or some shyt that will bring him, his wifey, young daughter and infant seed to a place where its no blacks allowed!
fukkery ensues with a hilarious ass twist!


4th one was weird. some serial killer shyt, but on some real shyt that Corky Ramano homie was funny and creepy as hell in this. asian baby in this could get it. i love asian broads.

5th shyt was some shyt for the feminist ladies which i thought was funny too.
another bizarre twist!

6th one was MAD creative! but i felt was a little poorly executed.
but the idea was fresh imo!

last one was crazy! thats all ima say. and that Hector muthafukka that always plays a Hector muthafukka in the movies and in tv shows is in it, so thats always cool!


typing all this bullshyt i kinda feel like now this wasnt all that bad.

There was a log truck on the interstate today with a giant decal on the back that read "REMEMBER FINAL DESTINATION 2?" I guess that's a nice way of telling drivers not to ride on the back of its bumper. Anyway, I had a good laugh over it...as I drove 20 ft behind it.

I never drive behind trucks or those trucks that transport new cars on them. I visualize one of those cars breaking loose from the latch and end of story for me..

It’s about context. For the time it was that serious. It may seem tame by today’s standards but there’s still stuff in there that movies won’t try now. Give it a watch if anything just for history sake

I remember in, I think, 1999 renting that movie with two friends, and watching it at one's house, late at night, and while we were entertained, we truly thought it would be terrifying, and it fell short on that. I think in it's time, it was, and remains a classic horror movie. But, the very structure of demonic possession movies, to me, has never been scariest.
