If we are recommending terrible horror movies then I have a couple for you that I consider awesomely bad:
DON'T OPEN TILL CHRISTMAS
MY BLOODY VALENTINE (1981 or 2009 version doesn't matter since they are both pretty bad)
CHOPPING MALL
BIRDEMIC
MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE
ZOMBEAVERS
And the entire SLEEPAWAY CAMP series of movies are worth a watch.

Chopping mall ....... classic. That was on a horror 8 movie collection that I got from amazon...i was entertained. The ending of sleepaway camp ....
