Just became available this week and I def think it's worth a watch, though it's....different. I can see people not liking it, but I enjoyed it a lot.

The randomness of the Chef’s mother getting drunk in the background the entire movie
Elsa - the host, with the robotic death stare. annoyed with everybody’s shyt, she had the same 2 facial expressions the entire movie which was this “” or “”
The breadless bread plate
I wanna rewatch it so bad but I just know I’ll be craving a cheeseburger by the end and I cannot afford to have a cheat meal on this diet right now.The Menu is not for everybody but I appreciate the horror themed satire for what it was.

I like it a lot. Thought it would be trash but it showed what a cult would do.The Menu dropped on HBO Max fam. It's...weird. It wasn't what I expected based on the trailers. But I also found it darkly funny. There's a few movies to drop recently that give you unlikeable characters and it ruins the experience. But this one was a bunch of unlikeables and one relatable woman...and suddenly, I actually enjoyed the humor. I laughed hard as hell at the conclusion.
It's like this movie was giving me bizarro Ari Aster's Midsommar vibes BEFORE the big conclusion. I laughed out loud at the burger scene too. It's a pretentious movie, but it felt like they took it to the extreme in a sarcastic way that bodied me.
You must have been at the part where Chef takes his first descent into madness - with the story about his childhood
