Ditto. Gave me the best of both worlds when it came to the horror and thriller genres, even though I wanted Peele to just hammer down on the horror side the whole way. Could tell it was a love letter to Spielberg later on - I know dude had Close Encounters in mind.I liked Nope.

I like how each of his films are very different style-wise. The “Peeleverse” is turning out to be a way better version of the failed Twilight Zone revival.

Yes, I think every regularly posting poster in this thread saw it and rated it positively. It is waayyyy overboard with the blood and gore. I only made it about 30 mins in - too much.even for me.
