it was cool..but i lmao @ Cameron from Ferris Buelar as the demented Dad..

the ending was cool ..

so its based not entirely on the book?
they changed the background of the characters and era.

The show's pretty good so far. It's "based" off the book but not a direct adaption.

If you make it to episode 4 you get a clearer picture of where the series falls in which continuity.

The OG exorcist is so good man. The older movies have to be REALLY good to hold up because of how much better SFX has gotten. A theater near me showed exorcist a couple nights ago and it's still great.
