It def felt gritty. Feels a lot better when I sanded some of the trigger components. That Apex trigger kit is about $150 so that will be my last resort.

Might get night sights though

This is what I found to be the biggest source of grittiness on my Springfield. I polished the metal to a mirror shine and sanded off a considerable amount of plastic from the frame and smoothed it with an ultrafine grit sandpaper afterwards. I took enough polymer off the frame to the point where the frame and trigger bar really don't even touch anymore.

Anytime. Hopefully I can save folks some time and money though my mistakes. Gonna check out one of those holsters if they make one for what I got.

You're gonna love that AR22. I'd recommend checking out CCI 40gr Standard Velocity bullets first and foremost. They seem to give the most consistent grouping for most people's guns. YMMV as always so make sure to try out different brands before settling on one.
