Doesn't matter if its stamped or milled its the quality of assembly and QA of the company. So you are good either way.
7.62 .5.45 is the same as the 7.62 vs 5.56 in the US. Personal preference

nah man I have no experience with ak kits
Late as hell with this but I converted my G23 from 40 to 9mm. I got a Lone Wolf conversion barrel and G19 mags. I didn't change anything else and it works just fine.

Just ordered this from palmetto state armory. All I need to do is add it to a lower. They have the cheaper build kits going for 260 right now. All you need is a lower.This may be up on my list...

Yep I love how interchangeable glock parts are.
Yep with the glocks in 40mm you don't have to change out anything other than the mags.

Why would you want two different barrels rather than two different guns? IMO worse case scenario your back door gets kicked in, you grab the glock and grab a mag, and you grab the .40 when you have the .9mm barrel in.
Unlikely to happen but I keep a gun and extra mags in a particular area of the crib for quick access. In my old crib I'd toss my .40 and my 9 in the same top drawer they are completely different brands but if I had a glock with differently mags I can see mixing them up accidently. Unless your meticulous .
My boy had a conversion since the barrels were not 100% the same length he got about 900-1100 shots before his gun was damaged. It happened at the range .his was a 9 though and he copped a .40 barrel which some people online swears is fine, if you have the .40 it's a lot easier to swap to the 9
