His current roster did not lose or win any games last season. People keep talking about them only winning one game last season.
So you just answered your own question …the team was so bad that he had to bring in a whole new team. That’s why people reference what happened last year ….it gives proper context.

He brought in a new team of players he picked. He hasn't taken a 1-11 team to a four win team.
So he’s taken a 0 win team to a 4 win team? … like why play these silly ass semantics? Lol
It don’t matter who “picked them” the fact that the team was 1-11 last year is the reason they have an entirely new team this year …. But by the logic you’re saying no team should count what happened last year as context for what happens the next season because no team comes back the exact same roster wise …but that of course would be silly considering you lose around 30-40% of your team each year to graduates alone …Ultimately, you know exactly what people are referring to when they bring up the teams record last year.. so why be dense about it?

The one big issue with this team is the lack of discipline. They are really sloppy on the field. That's where I gotta blame Deion. The team needs to settle down and play football, I feel like the team is way to distracted with all the media hype.

They just don't have the talent on the lines breh. Need more in the secondary too.
People that have been watching college football can see that. That's why predictions for them was only to win a few games at the beginning of the year.
Deion knew this, but he couldn't stop coaching them. He has to get to the next recruiting class and the next after that.

They offered him a walk on spot. That’s why he decommitted. He wasn’t getting a scholarship offer with CU.
