Getting to 6-8 wins next year would help, but I don't know how quick they can not only assemble a decent OL/DL but also have them mesh. It takes time and experience, not just talent, for those to come together. And looking at where he's starting from, it'll be an uphill battle. If he can do that, I'll give him the type of props he was getting when they had that 3-0 start.
