I didn't say Lewis was the hero of anything. I was repeating what was being said everywhere else.
So you’re repeating shyt that you yourself don’t even believe and wonder why your position isn’t working
do you personally think he was that good or do you think the mysterious unsourced “everyone else” was incorrect?
He was good enough for the winning. Nebraska played good defense and has a good DC. They just got worn down. As far as scoring 7 points in a half goes, acceptable to you or not, that's what happened and happens every week where one team comes ready to play and the other isn't, where one team has a better game plan than the other. I've watched every Colorado game this year. I think some of you dudes are so used to playing video game football you don't understand how the real game is played. You don't just roll over teams because you're P5 and they aren't.
Bro stop this nonsense, #1your “quotes” about his praise from unnamed sources after the Nebraska game simply weren’t true … #2 it’s obviously not acceptable to anyone with common sense watching these games including his boss who’s played more “real football” than you ever will ….any other assment of scoring 7 points on a non power 5 team sounds like intentional obtusity
I didn't complain and I don't care about him removing Lewis. Matter of fact I said I applaud him for making the move, and you quoted that post so I don't know what you're talking about here. But the reality is the HC lays out the game plan, or he approves the game plan his coordinators give him. Shedeur didn't just start getting hit these last couple weeks, he was taking hits since week 1, so if the coaching staff, led by Prime, didn't see fit to fix that I don't know what to tell you.
Then what are you even going on about right now bruh?
If you don’t have a problem with it why are you in here making excuses for him? This is what I be saying about that arguing to argue shyt you dudes be on lol
And again, they were coordinated enough to almost come back and win the game, but when the clock is mismanaged there at the end suddenly there's a lack of coordination. I gave you your simple answer the first time, you just didn't like the answer and want me to remix it.
1. The game is 4 quarters you can’t just erase the parts out you don’t like that don’t fit your narrative ..the offense didn’t execute or leave enough time on the clock to win the game ..nobody cares about “almost”
2. No you haven’t given an answer actually…you’re deflecting ..I asked you who was responsible for coordinating that offense on that drive and instead of answering that question directly you are deciding to tap dance and cherry pick parts of Shedeurs quotes that you like
I didn't use the Air Raid to excuse anything. Deion was running the Air Raid at JSU. Did Lewis run the Air Raid at Kent St.? Was his QB getting beat up at Kent St.? I don't know. But I know Shedeur was taking hits at JSU, and Lewis wasn't on the staff there.
You actually did or else why bring it up when again as I said nearly EVERY team uses the air raid offense and it’s concepts in modern football… this isn’t the 1950 wishbone era…modern QBs want to play in open spread concept offenses ..what do you think the air raid offense is? Maybe that’s where you’re tripping up
The reality is he obviously couldn't outcoach enough people with Lewis or the DC. If you wanna call removing Lewis "coaching" that's cool. When I say "coaching" I'm talking about the overall game plan along with making in-game decisions and adjustments depending on how the game is going.
Determining who calls plays IS a part of setting a game plan bruh
it’s a fundamental part of setting a game plan ..it’s a fundamental part of dictating a directive …how is that something you’re even arguing against right now?
