Nah....when I seen him in trouble, I knew he wasnt Vitali.

Vitali hasn't ever been knocked down in his career, whether Boxing or kick boxing.

He had a granite chin
He was Ko'ed twice in kickboxing I think but no one stands up to properly placed kicks on the button. Not even Vitali

I disagree about him regretting it.

Lennox was self aware enough to know it was time to hang it up. I don't think Lennox likes the idea of any guy getting the better of him when he's not in his prime.

He's still had plenty to offer though

Nah he didn't want to go through that again with Vitali, which is always a tough fight.

Nah, remember it was later reported by Steward that LL's wife threatened to leave him if he fought again. Lewis retired because of that. He was set to make big money in the rematch and he finally had everybody behind him. Yanks and Brits. nikkas weren't feeling the Klits like that and wanted to see them knocked down a notch. Cats forget how much hype they were getting at that time.

Lewis was on the downslide a lil against Vitali, sure, but dude was also half assing it in training for someone else and not in the best of shape. He was in no way shot or past it like nikkas wanna claim. He took Vitali lightly and almost got soul clapped. I'm pretty sure he takes big bro more seriously if they were to run that fade back.

Him shytting on Joshua all last week pretty much shows that he was salty and at least partially regrets it. Then seeing his expression during the KO told it all. He felt like AJ one upped his moment with the Klits.

Lewis beat all the guys with bigger fanbases, but never got that love from those fanbases and that shyt used to irk him. It took him almost a year to finally say he was retired and then one day on FNF he makes the announcement and the division can finally go on with itself. That nikka really thought about that shyt.

LSC goes to war every single fight....what you mean breh?:dwillhuh:

Breh i don't count him fighting Mares and Frampton wars. Honestly that just pitty pat shyt. If he fight like that with Valdez he will get hurt. I never seen him just hurt. Valdez is a real power puncher and swing hard every punch for better or for worse.

Sor Rungvisai Returns To Camp, Anticipates Chocolatito Rematch

By Haxel Ruben Murillo, notifight

With the prospect of a rematch against Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez (46-1, 38 KOs), possibly in September in Los Angeles, California, Thailand's world champion Srisaket Sor Rungvisai (43-4-1, 39 KOs) interrupted his vacation and returned to the Nakornloung Nothanbury boxing gym in Thailand.

The WBC super flyweight champion starting training on Monday morning to officially start his preparation.

Rungvisai pulled off a major upset in capturing the World Boxing Council (WBC) championship on March 18 in Madison Square Garden of New York, where he won a twelve round decision over undefeated Gonzalez in the co-featured attraction of an HBO Pay-Per-View event. At the time of the fight, Gonzalez was regarded by many experts as the top pound-for-pound fighter in the world.

Not everyone was happy with the outcome of the scorecards and Gonzalez's camp protested to the WBC.

The sanctioning body ordered a second meeting, because they were unhappy with the way the officials had handled the issue of head clashes. There were several head clashes in the fight, and they opened up some serious wounds around the eyes of Gonzalez.

The Thai fighter displayed a total physical recovery in the gym. After his big victory, he became an overnight sensation in Thailand. He was invited to multiple meetings with high profile personalities in his country, received money from sponsors and recognitions from the local governing bodies.

On the other hand, Gonzalez is still resting and plans to take a trip to Japan, where he intends to have a meeting with his promoter, Mr. Akihiko Honda, to go over the details of his next fight.

Gonzalez stated last week that during his upcoming trip to Japan, he will begin his workouts but they won't be very demanding. Once he returns back home to Nicaragua, he then plans to intensify the preparation with his head trainer Wilmer Hernandez.
