i wonder why hes moving up?
He probably he cant make Junior Middle any more. I actually don't recall him ever weighing in at 154 or under and I just found out he started his career fighting at 160
i wonder why hes moving up?
Still waiting for 1 of you debating on Pac's behalf to tell me WHY you believe Pacquiao beats Spence?
Whole lotta jibber-jabber....but STILL no one can point out what advantages Pacquiao holds over Spence that will lead to victory for him
@LauderdaleBoss even you said yourself:
...and with that being said, Im asking all of yall who disagree....what are Pacquiao's advantages? Hoping & praying that Spence's chin is weak? That's all Im reading from yall
If that's the only thing yall got....
Yall gonna be mad
at this nikka quoting gems from the gawd in order to prop up Spence while downplaying Manny.
I didn't want to do this since this nikka retired but, I digress.........
First off I think Peak/Prime Manny (2007-2010) beats the Spence that we see right now.
but the Pac of NOW vs Spence could very well be 60/40 in Pac favor or 50/50 or maybe even Spence 60/40
Spence advantages
younger and fresher (closer to physical prime)
Pac advantages
more experienced
quicker
better footwork
Equal Attributes
speed
power
defense - we haven't seen enough of Spence's defense against ELITE opponents to say his defense is better than Pac's going into this fight.
skills - see above and replace defense with skills
Biggest X FACTOR
Spence's chin.
I don't think there would be any major disagreements on how I just broke down the basics of them nikkas.
I can't fault anybody for wanting to see Spence beat a Swift or a Brook first before a fight with Manny is even thought about. We'd learn a bunch more from Spence which could provide more data when matching him up against an ATG.
Just saying.
Dudes in boxing trying to call shots like Mayweather/Klitsch and the main thing they lacking that holds weight is longevity. Be on top more than 1-3 years before you trying to call shots telling guys to "earn" this and that.
All that says is this guy is too high risk for my career. They protecting their carefully picked records.
I don't know if Pac beats him but the major issues I see are Spences defensive lapses. A lot of times I see him with his chin up & he likes to admire his work at times. But the most obvious issue he'd have is not only the hand speed of Pac but the foot speed & his ability to close the gap & get off. And you can't underestimate the psychological edge Pac would have in experience & the fact that Spence would know he could get his lights turned off with one punch.
Floyd actually fought people though
who is that guy that don king promotes that just lost? He did the shoulder roll too I think.
Amir "Young Master" Imm
Spence does have some defensive lapses, and that needs to be worked on. I actually think it's because he hasn't fought anyone that he's had to be 100% defensively responsible against. Spence's chin...it all depends on how Pacquiao's power effects Spence, but there isn't any way that Pacquiao KOs Spence with one punch. He hasn't KOd anyone this decade and Spence's chin isn't THAT bad
Also, let's not forget that Pacquiao doesn't have the best defense, nor does he have an iron chin, and Spence would be the hardest puncher he's faced since Mosley. KO could be an option for both of them.
We would just have to see how it would play out I guess
bout to watch him get the beats from that mexican security guard from tijuana again
