no canelo is lineal because MW is the only division today where WBA, WBC, IBF, and WBO was unified during a fighter's reign thanks to Bernard Hopkins, who understood the concept of taking these nikkas belts so they wouldn't be champion anymore..with no extra BS :salute:..so there is a very clear title lineage at middleweight

Bhop to Jermain taylor to Kelly Pavlik to Sergio to Cotto to Canelo..doesn't matter the belt he had...Jr got his WBC belt from fukkery, nepotism, and a gift decision..no way in hell was he the man at Middleweight with that belt :heh:

I forgot he beat Pavlik for the belts I thought sergio got vacant titles

to the rest you fukk boys, I can admit when I was wrong

to ignore the fact the fighters care about the WBC belt more than the others is dismissing reality, Wilder spoke the truth, that's the belt they all want
Floyd stated this, broner stated this already publicly

and go to any gym any fighter will tell you this

Do yall agree with RING ranking Wlad and Povetkin above Wilder?

Wlad, yes. Povetkin, no.

And my reasoning is, if RING were going off of resumes at the weight class, then why is Kell Brook #1 at Welterweight and Pacquiao is behind him at #2?:shaq2:

How is Khan #3 over Bradley at #4?:shaq2:

How is Thurman #5 over Porter at #6?:shaq2:

How are Chaves, Ali, Garcia, and Spence even ranked at Welterweight if RING is going off resumes at the weight class?:shaq2:

Povetkin has a better resume than Wilder without much debate...and deserves to be rated ahead of him....also shoulda won via DQ against Wlad and should still have his 0.

But his resume ain't gonna help him NOT get brutally KO'd next year :manny:

That dont make sense.. why not just fight Wilder?? :what:

Because, fighting Charles Martin for the vacant IBF Championship would be easier than fighting Deontay Wilder for the WBC Championship.

Only way Glazkov takes Wilder now, is if Haymon backs up the money truck at his front door:manny:

And if they did that at Heavyweight, then they need to do that at every weight class.

When is the WBC posed to give details bout their tournaments??

PED getting shot up to #4 without even fighting at 147 :ohhh:

Im thinking we get PED vs Khan or rematch Swift vs PED if they both get Ws their next fights

Aaron Martinez is ranked he might get in on it...Collazo too :yeshrug:

Im hoping N praying Victor Ortiz wins next week N gets in on this :gladbron:

We can get Ortiz Berto 2.... Ortiz Lopez 2...Ortiz Collazo 2...Ortiz PED 2 :whoo:

Can you imagine the fukkery of Ortiz on a W streak against Khan or Swift :wow:

The RING's ratings panel hasn't been reliable in years. They used to have a large panel putting together their divisional rankings. I think now they only have one guy putting together their divisional & p4p rankings like ESPN.

I thought most people were using TBRB these days

RANKINGS | Transnational Boxing Rankings Board

I seen their divisional rankings used on ESPN & PBC programs...i think HBO & Showtime too. They have a large ratings panel of 25-30 journalists all over the world like the RING used to have. And their rankings are far more accurate and consistent...and they don't recognize alphabet soup titlists...only lineal champs.
