never seen a boxing match like that in a movie before
the way they filmed it was really dope

Going to see it again this weekend but I have a feeling this is going to end up being my GOAT boxing movie. :wow:

I'm not claustrophobic at all but I always get that feeling when I would spar. I got the same exact feeling watching the fight scenes :wow:

we need to support this movie Sly essentially let dudes make a black Rocky film :wow:

I wanna see GGG vs the winner of Quillin/Jacobs

So do I... especially if its Kid Chocolate

I'm 99.9% sure if Lee wins he's goin fight Jacobs/Quillin winner

Im not sure if the WBO allows unification with WBA regular tho :patrice:

but whoever comes out on Top Lee/Jacobs/Choc if 97g don't fight them its goin be hard for them Stans to defend it even Spoonface :beli:

Do you really believe that though? :comeon: I doubt any of that happens. Would be nice if it did though.

breh, let's be real hbo is not in the best position right now. they got canelo, ggg, and crawford but when you look at the division they're in, they need someone to fight and it's starting to show.

HBO won't be putting HBO guys against PBC guys unless they get futures on the nikka or if HBO believes 110% their fighter will win

i agree but at the same time, what leverage do HBO have :pachaha: hbo has never had the upper hand over haymon in general. if people thought al was really milking hbo years ago, when he had his fighters getting 6-7 figures paydays against journeymen. what, do you think al would be looking for to have pbc fighters fight on hbo? this is going to be an interesting situation :sas2:

DEONTAY WILDER BLASTS TYSON FURY'S WIN OVER KLITSCHKO: "THE MOST BORING FIGHT IN WORLD HISTORY"
By Percy Crawford | December 01, 2015

deontaywilder.jpg

"I got a chance to see it, of course, man. I wasn't happy about it. It was the most borng fight in world history. I labeled that fight 'Dancing with the Stars,' you know. That's all they were doing was dancing," stated undefeated WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder, who shared his thoughts on Tyson Fury's unanimous decision victory to dethrone long-reigning former unified heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitscho. Wilder was less than impressed with what he saw from both fighters.

"It is a bittersweet moment. The bitter part about it is I definitely wanted to be the one to dethrone him in a great fashion. I always envision myself knocking Wladimir out. Not like this title fight where I throw 18 punches and I win. I'm talking about an actual heavyweight title fight that ends by knockout to dethrone the long-reigning heavyweight champion in fashion and style. It wouldn't be nothing like what we saw this weekend. I don't know what the hell this was," Wilder explained during a recent conversation with FightHype.com.

Wilder added, "The sweet moment is, I'm kind of happy Tyson beat him because if I would have beat Wladimir, they would have said he's past his prime and he's old. I would have knocked him out. If he performed like that against me, it would have been over. I throw too many punches. I would have got verbal abuse from people saying he was too old, but being that Tyson beat him, that's on him. So when I beat him, what the hell can they say? He's a younger guy, he got okay skills, what are they going to say? That's why it's bittersweet for me, but that's just me."

Wilder: My One Belt Overpowers All That Tyson Fury Has

Posted by: Edward Chaykovsky on 12/2/2015 .

By Edward Chaykovsky

WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (35-0, 34KOs) believes he is in the driver's seat when it comes to a unification with WBO/IBO/WBA/IBF champion Tyson Fury (25-0, 18KOs).

Wilder views his WBC world title as being more meaningful than all four of Fury's titles combined.

The unbeaten puncher wants to fight Fury in 2016. First up, Wilder will defend his world title on January 16th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Wider's first defense has become a web of confusion. For the last few weeks, the frontrunner to face Wilder has been unbeaten Czar Glazkov of Ukraine. Things took a strange turn on Tuesday, when the IBF ordered Fury to make mandatory defense against Glazkov, and the purse bid is already scheduled for next week.

Fury captured the belts last Saturday night in Dusseldorf with a stunning upset decision of longtime champion Wladimir Klitschko.

"My ultimate goal is to become the undisputed champion of the world. If [the belts] were still in the hands of Klitschko, that still would have been the plan. But now Fury has the belts so he's the target. He has the remainder of the belts I want to unify the division with," Wilder told BBC Sport Radio.

"Of course I can sit back as the WBC heavyweight champion of the world, because the WBC belt is the most famous, most respected, most well known belt, the biggest crown in the sport of boxing. I can sit back with the WBC belt and then retire and say 'I had the belt that all the greats had.' My one belt overpowers all of the rest of the belts. I got the crown jewel."

Wilder hopes the unification with Fury, or whoever holds the other recognized titles, will take place next year.

The only thing that's true is he'd smack Fury around. He was just playing when he said he would knock Wlad out. :whoa:

ill say this about wilder he has more grit/dog in him and and will try to inside fight more than fury/wlad.

still not sure he kos either one easily but it will be a decent fight. don't know if its a super exciting fight cause fury/wlad was very boring to the casual id imagine.

also wilder will try to jab and circle to just like he did with bermaine. only difference is he goes for the kill with 1-2 combos a little more often than fury or wlad.

The way Wlad fought last week....I believe him when he says he would've KOd him:wow:

Funny thing is, the Fury's caught the mat "trick" K2 was trying to do (had 3 foam mats down instead of 1 and it was 5 inches thick) which would've made it harder for Fury to actually move around the ring.:mjpls:

I wonder how long they've been doing that?:ohhh:

From what I heard, a ring with that much foam makes it feel like you're sinking into the ring on each step, which restricts the "floating around the ring" of Boxers.....which obviously would've played into Wlad's hands and not Fury:sas2:

Fight on memory foam mattresses brehs:wow:

He on that @Master Teacher shyt about the WBC belt:heh:

On the real... fukk that green belt. If I learned anything this past 3 weeks, it's that the Green Belt is the most fukked up sanction in boxing. Worst than the WBA in 70s and 80s. These muthafukkas are blatantly jackin' people and looking at the public like "Aint a damn thang you can do about it :birdman: "
