Berto been training for the past 4 weeks already. Floyd better be careful. Berto been watching the punches Cotto and Maidana landed and how they masked their attacks. This is a great fight no matter how you slice it because Floyd hasn't fought that speed and power in a while. Berto is also open to get hit and he will hit back.

One thing I'll say he won't have a shoulder injury like Pacman :dead:
fixed

MA/CT/Nigeria #byrdgang #RingGangRadio
I don't mind that match up (mostly because a black man/Florida nikka getting the payday), but I won't say this is a good fight especially when #Thurminatiors is in the cut waiting for his opportunity.

Some fights you just can't defend.

im with you on your post but the bolded in particular..i just dont want andre berto to get a payday...dude has made out like a bandit over his career for being a perennial underachiever..he hasn't earned it

IMO the RING rankings are the ones who provide a closer to reality Top 10 then any organization like IBF/WBA/WBC/WBO. Just glance at the Top 10 lists and easily RING's is closer to what is actually true.

I disagree. That's a direct conflict of interest to have a promotional company own a magazine company that's supposed to be an "official bible of boxing."

And you can literally choose any list and it would rival the sanctioning bodys' lists. That proves nothing. They may be closer to your own personal opinion, and that's fine, but they're not "closer to reality" simply because their lists look better than the alphabet soups'. EVERYONE has a better list than them (barring Mook....)

I like the IBO rankings.
They go all the way up to 100 and no Wawrzyk is in sight so of course he will be who Wilder decides to fight.
Way to go, champ!
I'm curious, but since they're another sanctioning body, albeit not as big as the other 4, why are their rankings any different?

The other 4 have top 50-100 rankings as well, however, I'm not sure if they're publically available.

6 Timothy Bradley Jr
7 Brandon Rios
8 Diego Gabriel Chaves
9 Devon Alexander
10 Ray Robinson

No Danny Garcia? And I remember Brad Solomon (also Shawn Porter) beat Ray Robinson, plus King Solomon is undefeated. Other than that though, the list is pretty legit. Ima have to check em out from now on:ehh:

Maidana is out enjoying the fruits of labor, but we're about to ignore the path of carnage he went on in his last run? Word? :francis:

I like that they use a computerized ranking system with set guidelines and rules to it. Their rankings aren't arbitrary or up to the whims of officials in the sanctioning body...its a computer program spitting out objective rankings based on a points system.

The program is based on a point system within each weight class...Danny has officially been at Welter for one fight so he isn't listed.
He is still at the top of the 140 rankings though.
