Yeah sure lmao, like I said I'm done regarding tha,t if yall want to talk boxing then fine.....

You could fool the rest of the world, but @Skip b know......................:stopitslime:

:camby:

I put BHOP Calzaghe match, in the same light as the Bradley Manny match 2

Like Bradley, Bhop was cutting that ass, before the antics and games, so If yall want to give Calzaghe or Manny a win there I'm fine with that, but BHOp beat BHOP that night, as did Bradley and his idiot ass beat himself

So now B-Hop let Calzaghe win too?:comeon:

:dwillhuh:... your saying one of the smartest fighters to ever lace them up beat himself?

He just got beat, joe was just too slick... joe is underated the way he adapts to fights, the boy can box.

Pretty much, he tried to get too sly, unnecessarily trying to get points deducted, when he had a extra point already......Joe Slick my ass:stopitslime:

He tried to be too sly vs Pascal also trying to fake rabbit punches and both were counted as knockdowns...................

It happens, as of now BHOP still has the talent, but he uses his wizardry to deceive what your eyes see, that could be a weakness at time like vs Joe, but thats the 50 year olds biggest advantage at this point. As of now BHop is that old dude on the basketball court shooting with one hand, and doing hook shot threes and is wetting them shyts over and over, but put him in a full court game running up and down, and he may lag behind.....[DOUBLEPOST=1397662048][/DOUBLEPOST]
joe beat bhop in a close fight..it was close.the problem was bhop gassed badly in the later rounds and did every trick in the book to catch a breather lol

but fukk a joe calzaghe :birdman:...i didnt forget what he did :to:
Yeah he won, but Hops definitely allowed him to win, Joe actually wasn't landing shyt and when they did they were slaps, if you want to claim that win yall can, but act like he gave BHOP a boxing lesson then yall nikkas

The Sweet Science
i was gonna go if my brother was going to be around since he lives close to the armory but hes travelling that weekend so ill be at my folks house watching it with my pops

My experience is fights are way better to watch on tv anyway! The energy at a match is the only thing it has going for it but unless you get great seats( close but not to close) you barely can see shyt!

I would have had no choice but to go though if the Abner vs Gary fight had been on the card like some rumors had stated earlier

Just heard an interesting comparison between Top Rank and Golden Boy.

Somebody said that it's like the Monday Night Wars: TR is like WWE and GBP is like WCW

You missing the point breh, who cares what their resumes are? It is easy to stan, watch, break down the A fighters and then poke holes at the lower fighters. But a lot of the fun with Boxing vs other sports is that guys have to work their way up, shyt takes times - you analyze based on timing in a guys career, style, matchup, all sorts stuff that makes it FUN to get in and follow fighters from the ground floor.
If you want to look at fighters with no rooting interest and just pick apart their games, that's cool, but half the fun of boxing discussions is the "what if" the "unknown" and it is natural for people to pick something they like and root for it.
Who cares who Errol Spence's biggest opponent is? If you like him you get in on the ground floor, watch his progress, learn and grow, take some lumps and root for his success. That is the dopeness of boxing IMO. :blessed:

Mikey Garcia seeking to bolt from Top Rank
WBO super featherweight champion Miguel Angel “Mikey” Garcia has filed a lawsuit to try to get out of his promotional contract with longtime promoter Top Rank. The lawsuit was filed last week in the Superior Court of Riverside County, California and alleges that Top Rank attempted to “exploit, own and permanently control” Garcia’s career. The suite also alleges that Top Rank acted as Garcia’s “unlicensed manager.” Ironically Garcia’s manager of record, Cameron Dunkin, is considered to be one of the best managers in boxing.

Garcia last fought on January 25 against Juan Carlos Burgos and currently has no fights scheduled. According to court records, there is a pending “Case Management Conference Hearing” scheduled for October 6.

.

whole world except your boy broner knows maidana is weak to the body

Broner went to the body in the beginning of the fight, but after getting dropped twice in the fight, the gameplan went out the window and the aggression came out. He decided to stand toe to toe with Maidana and bang out:manny:

Yeah, he lost, but he showed he has a very good chin (he got hit with MUCH more harder punches than the 2 that dropped him....and kept coming forward), stamina and conditioning (Maidana is the one who was tired down the stretch), and a big heart by constantly coming after Maidana....even walking him down and walking thru his power punches which were landing clean.
