Let me also add to this, Paulie definitely could've out boxed Ortiz, but Ortiz wouldn't have to worry about any return fire from Paulie that could KO him.
Luis Collazo hit Ortiz with a perfect punch, right on the chin. Anyone at 147 would've went down if Collazo caught them with the same punch. Ortiz is finished as a fringe top tier fighter and is too dangerous for a "prospect" to fight. He may be done.
I'd like to see Garcia vs Ortiz one day still, even though Danny will KO him. It'll be a good warm up fight to get his feet wet at 147
