i know the haitian brehs on here will not be happy thats for sure lol..berto is prolly getting another million or 2 for this shyt....if he loses to soto karass badly..end up lookin like he had salmonella poisoning like he did against guerrero his career will be in jeopardy

Adrian Hernandez-Atsushi-Kakutani Set For 8/10 in Mexico - Boxing News

Adrian Hernandez is officially set for the third defense of his 108 lb. title. The free swinging junior flyweight will next face Japan’s Atsushi Kakutani on August 10 in Mexico City, it was announced Tuesday afternoon.

Hernandez (27-2-1, 16KO) regained the title last October, scoring a 6th round knockout of Kompayak Porpramook in Mexico. The lopsided win was in stark contrast to his knockout loss in their thriller in Thailand 10 months prior, a fight that landed on several Fight of the Year lists.

Next month’s title defense will mark his third fight of 2013 – all title defenses - and six within a span of just 14 months.

Kakutani (13-3-1, 6KO) steps way up in class for his first major title fight, and also his first fight outside of his native Japan. The 28-year old has won two straight, but lacks a signature win and is a considerable underdog for his first road trip.

The confirmation of the main event comes less than 24 hours after news of the evening’s supporting bout. Bryan Vasquez faces Rene Gonzalez in an interim 130 lb. title fight.

A win for Vasquez – a Costa Rica native who has scored knockouts in his previous two appearances in Mexico – puts him back in line for a sought-after rematch with 130 lb. king Takashi Uchiyama, against whom he was knocked out in eight rounds last New Year’s Eve in Japan. The 25-year old has won two straight as he seeks his second tour as an interim titlist.

Both fights will air live on Mexico Televisa.

i think i might watch this shyt sippin some non sweetened tea with a side of kfc biscuits.

i like haye by ko, but would love to see fury pull it off. annoying he is to many but im entertained at this white boy all this shyt about everyone in the heavyweight division. i hope hbo pick this shyt up.
