Frank Martin only got paid $75k for the Riveria fight
so that Shakur fight was probably a order of magnitude type payday for him, probably got told he got a Tank or Cruz fight in the near horizon if he backed out. Hopefully they pay him more than $300k or whatever Shakur was offering for his next fight or shyt going look real sus

Same shyt I said. The rematch is a complete waste of time

If the Canelo fight doesn't happen, and Crawford stays at 147, I rather him face Teofimo Lopez or Boots

Even a 154 matchup with Virgil Ortiz I wouldn't mind

I think Teo wants the WBO Super Status so he can challenge Bud at 147.

If Charlo beat Canelo i could see them trying to make it since there would be a Charlo va Canelo Rematch.

I think based on what happens after Sept 30 we will see some fights form.

Yupp Sept 30th will dictate everything

- If Canelo wins easily, Crawford will go directly to him
- If Charlo wins easily, Crawford will go to him
- If it's a tough fight there's a rematch
- Also if Charlo loses, there's still a possibility he comes back down to reclaim his belts and fights Crawford at 154

If Canelo loses there is going to be a rematch, Mell already mentioned the clause.

If Charlo Loses I can see him going down to take on the Tim/Brian winner to "re-undispute" and IF Bud takes on Canelo, that opens the door for Bud to still fight Charlo (if Canelo wins) and get his 3rd undisputed OR potential for 4x Undisputed (If he beats Canelo 2 times since we know Canelo will have rematch clause built in).

I`m seeing stuff saying Bud is forcing the Errol rematch to be 147 to force Errol to move on.

Oh damn Canelo has a rematch clause if he loses, interesting

Charlo going back to 154 would make more sense for everyone, especially since he said himself it's hard to gain weight to fight at 168

Not sure if it's officially what Bud said, but I do remember him saying before the fight that "maybe if i win convincingly, Spence wouldn't want the rematch". I just feel it makes no sense to do it. Only silver lining is that if he beats Spence again at 154, it would create 0 doubt and excuses with all Spence fans

Me personally I would rather Spence move on and find Glory at 154 and then if stars align Bud vs Spence 2 for Bud's retirement match in say 2 years lol.

I feel Spence cannibalized himself staying at 147 so long. Spence legit should be 160 undisputed right now.

Facts 160 is a barren wasteland with only Carlos Adames and Janebek as legit contenders. Spence could easily rack up titles there

But Spence staying at 147 was what people were saying. Why delay the inevitable and just fight Bud in 2018 or 2019 and get it over with

He's still young, so he can still do pretty good at 160

The thing is Bud and Spence could have been meeting at 160 now if Spence just kept moving up and it essentially be the equivalent of Charlo vs Canelo.
