How long has J. Prince been in boxing? and how does his reputation compare to those like Kinahan or Don King ,, as the "behind the scenes gangsters of boxing?"

So I was watching Floyd vs Augustus highlights ,, at the beginning of the video they say Floyd just signed J. Prince as his new manager ..

I've only heard of J. Prince recently because of random rap beefs .. I never knew he was this deep in the managerial business especially boxing

I came across an interesting article about a "beef" between Floyd and J. Prince ..

j prince is thorough...hes been in boxing for a min....he is an exec with a long reach in music and boxing...and other things...he used to manage floyd back in the day until floyd tried to pull some funny style business when his contract with him was about to expire to avoid paying some money..so prince's goons tuned up ppl in his gym including leonard ellerbe...floyd had to plead arum to pay him so no more ppl would get fukked up

i know there are prolly some other texas cats that can go a little further with j prince and his dealings..maybe @shopthatwrecks

He's currently Shakur Stevenson's manager along with Jared Anderson and formerly Floyd's manager as @patscorpio pointed out and also managed Andre Ward and some others and also managed Diego Corrales before he passed away.
