Cruz and Garcia were mandated with a bid attached to face by the WBC..then its cancelled saying both guys have scheduled fights..those scheduled fights being fortuna who is GB's top jobber these days and Eduardo Ramirez who should be fighting someone of note at 130...I find it hard it believe those are the fights that cancelled the whole thing.
