no calzaghe and ward's paths were never going to cross at all...ward was not really on a lot of ppls radars like that pre super 6
calzaghe and froch were...now calzaghe went up to 175 for the roy and bhop fights and retired all before the super 6 even popped off
it's a shame how close Calzaghe/Ward/Canelo's careers were but not close enough to meet
no combination of this would have ever crossed in their active careers
Yup. The only fights that were always being talked about for Joe during that time was Froch and Dawson. Dude never seemed like he wanted either although I thought he'd son Froch and lose to Dawson.
