There have been plenty of times a more raw unproven fighter beat the established P4P favorite. Hell didn't Teofimo Lopez just comfortably beat Lomachenko a few weeks ago. Roy Jones smashed James Toney and everyone thought Toney was gonna win too for the same reasons all y'all think Canelo will beat Charlo, Canelo is the established P4P guy and Charlo is the unproven commodity.
Y'all nikkas trippin I don't see how you watch the two of them fight and think Canelo is just gonna dog walk Charlo, use your eyes bro that shyt is a very dangerous fight for Canelo that Charlo is more than capable of winning and I wouldn't even call it an upset.
Charlo is quick on his feet, is taller, bigger, faster hands, can punch your lights out, is an excellent counterpuncher, and knows how to slip punches, and he has a chin, not to mention a motor and a gas tank. To think Charlo couldn't outbox or beat Canelo is just going with a narrative and not using critical thinking. As far as physical capabilities Charlo is the T1000 to GGGs T800, and he is a more well rounded boxer as well cause Charlo showed he can fight on the backfoot as well against Derevyanchenko, GGG to my knowledge has never displayed a backfoot at all. Look at Canelo history, don't think resume just go with talent and skills here, when has Canelo ever beaten someone like Charlo where nikkas wasn't arguing he got a gift afterwards?

Canelo's bigger, in his physical prime & knows how beat fighters in different ways. Mall poses nothing he hasn't seen before & this can't be ignored. He's a straight up & down fighter with no special effects. That's not taking anything from him because he's good at what he does but there are levels to this & he's not there yet. He could legitimately get hurt/KO'ed. This is the first fight where WHEN the hard counters come back he might not be able to eat them like he has with lesser opponents. Mall gets touched every fight & that's not a good combo in fighting Canelo. You give Canelo the same counter opportunities as he's given J-Rock & Derevyanchenko & it might be lights out. The only fighters to give him trouble are the movers which Mall clearly isn't.
I'm not even sure Mall could beat GGG even at this point. You might favor him now after the second fight with Canelo & Derevyanchenko where he looks warn but I wouldn't discount him
