Canelo this and that but all yall favorite fighters would be pushed off from that date too, without argument too.
Boxing's biggest active name being pushed off his date by the exhibition match of two legends is not something you should be celebrating, it actually sucks to the current state of boxing.

Tribal logic > reason
though

I don't believe there should be a super heavyweight division regardless of the size differences you may see in the division.

BUT

I also don't see the point in Jr. Flyweight, Jr. Bantamweight, Jr. Featherweight, and Jr. Lightweight. The weight difference between them and the regular weights is what 3-4 lbs for all of these. Tyson Fury outweighed Deontay Wilder by 42 pounds in the second fight, Riddikk Bowe outweighed Evander Holyfield by like 30 pounds in their fights. I don't have a problem with this at all, but if you expect heavyweights to deal with 30-40 pound weight differences, I think a Jr. Bantamweight can deal with a 3 pound weight difference of a Bantamweight.

Unpopular opinion probably, but I said what I said.
Funny thing ufc put a cap on the heavyweight div because they don't want more sloppy dudes over 300 lbs coming in and the heavyweight division is currently the Larry Holmes garden as it is

I see your point, but you kind of missing his point too, if Canelo was truly a star and the 'face' of boxing his fight wouldn't get delayed or pushed back for anyone bruh. Like he said you think any of the past faces of boxing would have delayed their matches for essentially high level streetfighting(looking at you UFC) or for an exhibition between two guys in they 50's? Hell no bruh, I think he is basically trying to say Canelo aint this huge megastar like he is portrayed to be, I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that is what he was implying.

Canelo was talking that tough talk how he the draw N he’s not bowing down to Floyd anymore N May N Sept were HIS dates

We goin easy on him cuz if it was Floyd trust this would be a bigger issue N much more would be said

All I'm saying is if you can have weight divisions at 115, 118, 122, 126, and 130 with 3-4 pound weight differences, it doesn't make sense to not have a Super Heavyweight division for these super size ass nikkas who constantly weigh 240+ on fight night. Just kind of hypocritical to me. :manny:

UFC needed that though, that shyt is already sloppy enough as it is(high level streetfighting as I call it) gotta reign that shyt in.

I used to watch UFC when it first hit the scene, until I realized it is basically just street fighting with a referee. Got tired of how sloppy and downright boring(talking about that grappling ground and pound bullshyt) it can be at times.

I see your points but what Canelo said is pretty much true inside the current state of boxing. The biggest HW fight (AJ vs Fury) could compete and probably outsell him but frankly nothing else. Canelo having to wait out till two UFC journeymen fight’s end sucks imo. Our sport needs to do better. Some promising names are emerging though and the HW hype grows too.

UFC fans are WOAT at times. 'I'Ll jUsT tAKe hIm dOwN AnD TaP Him OuT BrO.' Most people don't have the strength or skill to take another grown man of even a smaller size off they feet, let alone make him tap out.

It is funny that Tyson Debo'd the Canelo date for the hell of it. They knew exactly what that would mean. Cool..get to see Tyson and Roy on my birthday weekend.

I really dont understand that narrative about GGG. Dude is an extremely intelligent boxer...actually outboxed Canelo the second fight. Was even doing pull counters..

:mjlol: so good he got ruined in said fight, hid out for 6 months to get touched up by MW Steve Rolls, then get his ass whooped by Chenko

:wow: Amazing boxer

there were only 3 holds i ever used during my security days - a full nelson, half nelson, or a front facelock..the nelsons were when i escorted somebody out of somewhere without fukking them up..its a good compliant hold :obama:....front facelock was for cats that didnt want to comply..thankfully i didnt have to do that shyt all the time
