Funny how bud didn't want Porter cause he coming off a loss but Thurman on the list.. wonder why?

Bud has fought plenty of ppl with losses, everyone has
The original reason he gave was that him and Porter had history going way back
Then Kenny Porter came out saying send him a contract and Bud just squished it cause obviously he don't want to fight Porter if he don't have to (this ain't unique or nothing for guys who knew each other as kids or former stable mates)

Boxing went 12 rounds mainly for tv scheduling. All comes down to money. If it truly was safety they all would had went to 12 like the wbc in 1982 instead of waiting until 1988

Might as well go back to 15. Champions don't even fight that often like they did in the past so it's not like it's a lot of wear and tear on the fighter. Plus it is more value to the fan.
