One thing we know for certain:
Walt and Jesse will never cross paths with Lalo or Kim Wexler.
...although there is a possibility that Jesse may have met Kim at some point. We don't know exactly how long Jesse has known Saul. It was never mentioned in BB.

Jesse knew Saul got Emilio off “twice. Dead to rights yo” so we might get a scene of him gettin knocked with Jesse chillin with him in the office.
They wardrobe/makeup crew had another task of making Jesse look young again.
First it was the throwback scene at the beginning of the Ozymandias episode, then of course El Camino.
