This show and Breaking Bad always had unrealistic action scenes but now they've reached GTA San Andreas levels.

I took it as both Mike and Jimmy are fed up with where their lives are.

Mike's getting aggressive and Jimmy is already bored at his new job and taking matters into his own hands at the shop. Painting “IS THE MAN LISTENING? PRIVACY IS HERE" on a storefront will probably get him into trouble. It might be with his employer or it might lead some local criminals to come into the store.
