I've already said no 3 on here, and I agree on no 1. With the Norbes lawsuit hanging over their heads Smack may not want to put URLTV branding on new ventures.

I don't think they have paperwork to support the idea that Norbes was an employee & not a partner. And Norbes was always introduced as a partner, whether in interviews, in person, etc. The work that he was doing supports the idea he was a partner. The one time I met them, Beasley introduced him as a partner.

He's going to get paid, but what if the judge says he's entitled to partial ownership of the brand too? They have to brand their products something else. "Midnight Madness".... "Chrome 23"...... etc

exactly. Or he gets an injunction granted to halt or dissolve the business. I think we're headed there or what you just said. On Chris recent blog about organik saying url bit blackout for banned, chris mentioned one reason smack was mad is cause the battlers would ask smack for more money than kotd but isnt that only cause smack was the bigger company and could afford more? people try to hide behind that black business shyt but what about the black workers or private contractors ?

see now we gotta look at the details of all this from years prior. because between Mook saying what he got Smack when he battled Iron and DNA bringing in Harry as a sponsor (using those as examples), these battlers may have figured out something and approached other leagues like KOTD with different numbers.

They just don’t like not bein on the controlling end of it.
The second they have the opportunity they turn around and oppressor OTHER nikkaS that are smaller than them.
