After a battler finishes a round and says "That's my lightest round"
Is that admitting they lost that round?

I guess it depends. If they went second then yeah I'd take that as them admitting they lost the round. Unless their round was undeniably fire and better than their opponents.
You also have to consider which round they're talking about as well. If they said it in their first they could just be saying that it's about to get dark from here on in. If they said it in their second they could also mean that the 3rd is about to be crazy.

No, but battlers shouldn’t do it because plenty of people will (should?) take it that way.
From a battlers point of view, it's basically "oh if y'all think this was hard, I got even better shyt."
However, I'm sure there are some scenarios where a battler is acknowledging it was a bad round. Some of these battlers are too honest on stage. I just can't think of any off the top of my head.
