Because Marvel films and these films have such a different tone and I don't think DC should ever be like Marvel. If they want to cite positive examples cite the Nolan verse or the DC comic books or the animated films like someone brought up doing humor the way they did it in Justice League war but don't bring up an example that's going a completely different route.

Or they could just sight the "Golden Era" version of the DCU and not the New 52 or Rebirth era that the masses arent really familiar with or have absolutely no idea about.


I cant front... as an 80's baby..... someone old enough to remember when Regan was president...... Superman and Batman were different...... people expect that.

But after this movie.... in 3 days I completely read the entire Injustice series up to the most current issue.

I now have a better understanding of their universe and see what they are trying to do.

Snyder and co should just do a better job on educating people on what they are trying to do and what direction

they haven't said...rumor is they talking about doing a lantern corps movie, so they don't just focus on 1....making it like some lethal weapon/cop shyt, which would be cool as hell...

I already know the guy they should get for guy gardner: james caan son, the guy that played danny in Hawaii 5-0 tv show and the friend of ben's brother in the ocean movies....he fits guy like a muthafukka....

naw, when they introduce him, I want it to be something related to the character, and having a random ring doesn't fit....anyway, while I agree, I would've loved to have some type of gl hint/ref, I don't think they know exactly what they gonna do with the character yet (hal or stewart? all the corp or just 1?)....and in that case, I'm cool with them waiting....the way synder has talked, jl is gonna be like the samurai 7...we already know bat, sup, ww, flash, cyborg, and aquaman, which leaves 1 unknown...which they've pretty much said is gl....I think they should make it whatever gl they chose already exist and was off doing corp shyt while this was happening....

the person I want them to finally hint at/ref is mm...it would be really cool if they made the secretary dude him...they can hint at him/use him as a cliffhanger at the end of jl 1.....

yes, that's him....he would be the perfect guy gardner....he already has the look cause of that rectangle ass head....plus, the character he always plays is the type of character guy gardner is...guy is the more jokester gl....

Yo honestly this is why ALL reviewers apart from a very select few are nothing more than just glorified bloggers stating their opinion on things. Seriously, their weight in text is about the same as what a reddit user will type up and in many instances even less. The people on IMDB like it, the people on rotten tomatoes like it and from all that I have started to read the negatives are NOT justified AT ALL. What a fukking disaster from a "journalistic" point of view.

Ben Affleck did fine as Batman as well. In fact, I might go again to inflate the total numbers at the end of the day just to get them even angrier. I hope it hits 5 billion worldwide.

Which is why I don't read any critic reviews...

Only reviews I read are from a select few posters on here that I know keep it 100...

I do look at Rottentomatoes scores only because that's an average of all critic reviews (something many people still don't understand about that site) which is usually a pretty accurate representation of the quality of the movie but for BvS IMHO it is way off...Like I said earlier, BvS being placed in the same class as Batman and Robin is just ridiculous...The film has many flaws but its not Batman and Robin bad...I feel its more inline with Watchmen, corny at times, dull poorly edited vintage Zach Snyder...Watchmen has a 65% on the tomatometer...

Mostly speculation but they did say WB is feeling very confident about SS and Wonder Woman

No... THIS totally killed the movie.

Made ZERO logic, even by their own rules.... the ultimate example of lazy writing to kill off an already forgettable antagonist.

how does it make ZERO logic breh....i know they're toned down in these films but gamorra and drax are strong af breh and they shared all that energy across four different ppl. I mean shyt even ronan was able to hold it for a lil while. I swear yall hate on shyt thats explained in flicks but then defend shyt that literally is random and nvr explained lol....dream sequences added in a flick just to rushly set up another movie is not good filmmaker breh
