how does it make ZERO logic breh....i know they're toned down in these films but gamorra and drax are strong af breh and they shared all that energy across four different ppl. I mean shyt even ronan was able to hold it for a lil while. I swear yall hate on shyt thats explained in flicks but then defend shyt that literally is random and nvr explained lol....dream sequences added in a flick just to rushly set up another movie is not good filmmaker breh
They mad at that and BvS literally using emails to explain major plot points and we supposed to believe that was a "dope" movie :dead:

The whole crux of the entire DCEU was explained through a damn email and Bruce having a "hunch" they should form a team :deadrose:

The 'Go
Or they could just sight the "Golden Era" version of the DCU and not the New 52 or Rebirth era that the masses arent really familiar with or have absolutely no idea about.:sas2:

I cant front... as an 80's baby..... someone old enough to remember when Regan was president...... Superman and Batman were different...... people expect that.

But after this movie.... in 3 days I completely read the entire Injustice series up to the most current issue.

I now have a better understanding of their universe and see what they are trying to do.

Snyder and co should just do a better job on educating people on what they are trying to do and what direction

Sidenote..... all this Marvel vs DC shyt thats been going on in here...

I have a question and I've love to hear from the FOX stans.:skip:

So what movie was better Deadpool or BvS? :sas1:
To me BvS, I've already pre ordered the dvd.

Real talk what is the purpose of cyborg? I'd rather have seen GL in place of cyborg when Bruce was looking at the files of the metahumans

If I had an invisible plane, I'd be flying economy class on Turkish airlines too.

Even when I was like 8 years old watching Superfriends I thought it was the dumbest shyt ever. lol

Batman had more than a "hunch"

Lex literally tells him...That other forces in the universe know Superman is dead and they are coming (albeit a bit convoluted). Flash also sends a warning from the future hinting at something as well. Coupled with the parademons (and the omega symbol)in his dream that signal darkseid is coming.

I did think the email shyt was corny tho

Okay for me, the flaws are technical ones that Snyder has always had an issue with: the movie length, the editing, the pacing, and some narrative issues that he tries to smooth out to varying degrees of success and that has a lot to do with the editing and pace. The good is that it is a logical extension of what happened in man of steel rather than trying to act like that didn't happen, and superman is dealing with his own issues because of that. He's trying to figure out how to be a hero and what is the true meaning of what he does if there will always be people who kill him in the press for it. Unchecked power, godlike ability, etc. Batman is good, Wonder Woman is good, Lex has moments of good but then moments of meh or straight up :dwillhuh: so he's a mixed bag for the most part. And the action is of course on point as you'd expect a Snyder movie to be and it does set up some very interesting things for the next round of movies, specifically justice league. It might be the closest to comic book batman on screen but yeah it is a dark movie. There are brief moments of levity but it's not concerned with that and that clearly is an subjective thing

The only caveat with that is this wasn't the cut that Snyder wanted and even he all pretty much stated that. WB wanted the movie to be chopped down. This is the same issue with Watchmen... it is a legit complaint to be made and it is there, but considering (and the communion scene being a prime example) there been decisions made by WB to have certain scene cut for theaters.

There's other legit criticisms that can be made as to narrative or even acting. But the one that I feel should get a pass is the editing due to it not being what Snyder wanted and there being an Ultimate cut. It is best to reserve that concern for that time, because there's like 30 full minutes of scenes omitted and that's a lot to take out in any film.

Just curious, are we mad at WB for not giving their director creative control or was it an understandable position to not want a 3 hour movie?
