And I have no clue what a parademon is or why they appeared. Should have spent a minute or 2 explaining it, rather than giving us 6 different cemetery/corn field scenes

We have like 6 more movies already scheduled in which they can explain a bit more.

This tone works for Batman and possibly Wonder Woman, but characters like Flash?

The guys writing Flash wrote for 21 Jump Street and the Lego Movie, it's already been said that Flash is gonna have a lighter tone.

To be fair...
We had a tragedy in this country where people didn't immediately leave the building. People in shock you don't know what they might do.

Edit: This sense of shock was captured in Avengers too. You didnt see people rushing out of buildings because of whats going on. Cause sometimes those WTF moments can leave you slow to react.

The people in Avengers were so shocked they were having picnics in the park the day after the equivalent of 10 9/11s happened.

I think the flaws of this movie are entirely due to DC rushing into the universe, but it's not really a big deal from here on out. The future movies won't be affected. This movie may have taken a hit, but now we're armed and ready to go ahead with the universe.

Eisenberg was freakin awful. He's more of a lame, virgin, mad-scientist Luthor (which he nailed) then a Presidential, perfect human Luthor (which he should've been).

His Luthor was a spoiled child genius seemingly who inherited his father's company and wealth. I wanted the tall, physically imposing, deep-voiced, skinny-Kingpin like Luthor like in the animated universe who was a self-made billionaire who came up from nothing. During his speech at the party, he looked so damn awkward. The animated Luthor and the comic version wouldve grabbed the audience in both the movie and at the party. This Luthor was a joke who superman should've snappped his neck when giving the chance.

Speaking of superman, wheres his cold breath? He couldve extinguish the flames at the shuttle disaster and the explosion at the Capitol!

Most websites were predicting $100M-120M tops domestically a couple weeks back and about $300M total. There were well known sites saying it would flop and they'd have to start over. The same critics and reviewers that nikkas here take they word as gospel so that is why people are saying they are surprised and all that shyt. It's been an ongoing thing in this thread for weeks.
