Once again, Superman has super speed and strength, he could restrain batman and make him listen, he could have easily picked batman up and flown away from the kryptonite. He picked him up and flew several times during their fight lmao

I think both bvs and mos show that this supes isn't the brightest guy, he's pretty dumb actuallly, which is a perfect contrast to batman

I'm not too concerned with the fight scenes, I think the movie has way bigger problems, but this is a piss poor excuse.

It was a little more than that..... and lets not forget, Batman IS NOT RIGHT IN THE HEAD. Many of times over the decades, and it's more than shown in this movie, that he belongs in Arkham Asylum. He is a basket case when it is all said and done.

thats the excuse. When it comes reforging alien material, hacking in to corporate computers and uncovering a conspiracy Batman is of sound mind. But when he has to decide to do something and it doesnt make sense, he's crazy...

I completely disagree with your reasoning here but I just really want to point out that according to your own logic you admitted you had made your mind up about this movie before you even saw it.

Just got back.

This film needed to be an absolute all time great film to be given a fair chance. It wasn't that. It's had a hive,mob mentality against it since day 1. People hated Zach, they hated Ben, they hated Jesse, they hated gal. Everything about it caused an uproar and people have been foaming at the mouth to hate it. People can deny it all they want, but marvels fan base has become more and more acidic,they're the new Apple sheep. Just look at the downright glee fakkits like @Ethnic Vagina Finder have at bad reviews.

The film is good,but it isn't great. It takes risks. It doesn't pander. It wants to be what it is and it doesn't care what you like. The biggest critiques I've seen of the film are that this film isn't what they wanted it to be. The characters are so iconic that people have expectations of what they should be. Nobody knows who ant man or Starlord are so marvel doesn't have the same vitriol and stiff expectations.

That said, the first hour is a bit shaky. There are so many moving parts and the pace is so fast that if you don't already know these characters it might be too much. The last hour and a half are almost flawless though.

Lex,like the film, is hate or love it. I think they could have toned him down a bit and it would have been more effective. That said, I do not hate him. He had just enough menace and brilliance that it made up for his quirkiness.

Wonder Woman stole the film in her little appearance.

Superman was just the same as man of steel superman. I like this portrayal,some don't.

Ben Affleck was incredible as batman. His fights were visceral and put Nolan to shame. I need a Ben batman film immediately.

I was impressed they had the balls to allude to certain JL story lines this soon.

I pray they aren't shaken by the reviews and mob mentality against the film and follow through on their vision.

End of the day, if you wanted to hate this film,you'll hate it. If you wanted to love it,you will. It's not bad enough or good enough to shake people from their pre-conceived notions.

I have the same complaints as other people did, but not completely negative on it as others, but I did walk away from movie highly optimistic for DC movies moving forward mainly Batman and wonder woman.

i think one of the reasons i like it a bit more then others is after the initial trailer with do you bleed .. i avoid the other two trailers ... so while i knew dooms day was in the movie cause people complained about it most of this stuff was brand new to me

Why the hell can't Lois keep her unhelpful ass home? Every fight scene she somehow comes into the picture and fukks up the momentum. The most cringe worthy part was easily her coming to explain Superman and Bats mother having the same name. Thus snapping Batman back into reality and allowing them to join forces I wish I had more hands so I can give this movie 4 thumbs down

Yep, one of my big complaints about MOS, and they fukk up again here. No one likes her, people groan when she shows up, she kept taking us out of the action at the end which was annoying and like you said just happened to show up to stop Batman in time Amy Adams can suck my dikk obvs but she's annoying as fukk

Saw it last night. I'm not a snobby movie critic and even I thought this was mediocre at best. I'd rate it a 6/10. The first 40 minutes are borderline terrible, especially the pacing. Too many dream sequences too. The Flash scene coming back from the future = extremely fukking corny. Holy shyt I can't believe they thought that scene was a good idea :dempsee:. Idk...I've got a lot of gripes with the movie which I guess is shocking considering most would say that if you loved MoS, then you'd love this. Well, I LOVED MoS, but this shyt is some

Did anyone who saw it in 3d, 3D glasses started acting weird? 2X in the film the whole audience stopped and took their glasses off, because one side of the glasses became dim and the other almost transparent. For the last 15mins of the film, the 3d glasses was unusable. Or maybe it was the projector, idk. Never had that happen to me.

You know what I had wrote a whole essay type post but I was like fukk it. I went with a friend who knew nothing about the backstory and he liked the movie. And those are the money makers WB is looking for.

When he asked me how I liked it I just told him this shyt doesnt make any sense. The action was great, ben was a great batman. But DC wanted to cramp so much stuff in that 2.3h movie instead it should have gone the 3h time if that ment explaining shyt more.

Ok brehs I'm officially not paying to see this movie.

I'm riding home from work listening to ESPN sports radio and the host on a sports talk show is ripping this. 29% is 29%. That many people can't be wrong. But I was going to see it tomorrow anyway. Then it hit me.

When it comes to villians DC shyts all over Marvel. (Ras, Bane, Joker, Zod). It's not even close.

The problem I have is the heros have been so fukking weak and should easily lose to the villain but because the hero has to win the writers basically make sure the hero wins due to plot convience to the point that it's insulting. The writers consistently insult my intelligence and logic.

Which brings me to this movie. For one Zod shouldn't have been killed in the first fukking place. Then you expect me to believe humans can perfect alien technology in less than 2 fukking years even humans in those transformers movies didn't start doing it until the forth damn movie (even though they wrote some bullshyt about transformer technology inventing all modern human tech )

This movie was rushed and thrown together. They expect people to pay for symbols, explosions, name recognition, costumes and CGI). They ain't learn nothing from their past mistakes. I didn't see the last transformers movie, I never went to see the last James Bond flick and I'm not paying to see this bullshyt movie.

If there's an agenda why didn't it appear during Nolan's run? Critics seemed to love those movies.

How are critics trying to make the movie flop? They're just posting reviews. They're not protesting in front of theaters stopping people from buying tickets. BvS has a C grade on imdb and RT so clearly it's not resonating with the audience either.

Don't act like Transformers and Ninja Turtles are on the same level of pop culture as Superman and Batman. You have two of the most iconic characters in America together in one movie and expectations are through the roof.
