Before this came out, lots of people said there is a moment that made them cry, and men would shed man tears during this film...
dafuq was this scene?
I definitely gotta see it again in the next few days
The only part in the movie that legit pulled at my heart strings
The scene when Supes is at the court house and the senator is noticing something isn't right and then looks at the wheelchair guy and then BOOM! I legit felt so bad for Clark because there was nothing he could do and he was trying to convince the world that he's not dangerous and it back fired. The whole shot of the fire blazing around him and him not even flinching just standing there with that look of disappointment in himself and heartache on his face was hard to watch.
The whole tyrant superman thing doesn't seem that crazy due to how they were setting up things.
Perry White telling Clark "You don't get to decide whats right and wrong."
Clark saying he didn't see the bomb because he wasn't looking. Meaning his trust in mankind will be a lot less moving forward.
When you look at it. It doesn't seem like Superman is what Clark really wants to be. It looks like hes only doing this to honor both his fathers. But Clark doesn't see the potential in him that they saw.
I don't think the movie should of ended with Superman dying. I would have much preferred it ending with Clark realizing this he is ultimately the cause of all this destruction and chaos that keeps happening on Earth. Batman and Superman decides to fake Supes death to the public and Superman then freezes himself in ice inside his fortress and tells Batman to wake him when the world needs him again. Batman then decides to gather up the other meta humans because he knows the world is still vulnerable and only wants to awaken Superman as a last resort.
Then in JL part1 we gather the members and towards the end or the middle of JL part2 they awaken Superman to take Darksied head on or something like that. I just think the JL movies would be a lot better if Superman wasn't around during most of it just so the other heroes could shine a little bit more and then bringing out Superman as the finisher.
I loved the slow burn of the first hour.JUST CAME BACK FROM THE MOVIE
My Review on the way
Major Praise: fukkING BATMAN !!!!
Major complaint: CGI !!
- REVIEW -
Movie started off slow but it made sense why, explaining the aftermath of the metropolis attack and also the worlds take on Superman
the Bat lifting young bruce up was not needed tho lol, shyt was comedy status in the theatre. nikka twirling like he dancing on ice
Ben Affleck played BATMAN, how Batman is meant to be played, Bruce knowing HE IS Batman and that Bruce is his cover (not Nolans bull crap where the nikka aint even wanna be Batman cause some dumb bish died )
Visually, everything about Batman was AMAZING, his entrance into the Batcave was beautiful, hell the ocean view crib was too flawless, gave us the insight of what Billionaire Bruce was all about.
I liked how Bruce was the Batman we loved, he showed signs of PREP TIME (training and plotting to fight Supes), Knew a number of languages (Russian), COULD ACTUALLY FIGHT
Jeremy Irons was a class act, thats a suave Alfred if there ever is one, shows that he's more than a Butler but a partner who can handle himself (once again @ Nolans Alfred)
Whoever says Superman was dull and emotional is most likely a Marvel stan who thinks being emotional is tears and cracking jokes 24/7 , the nikka was upset when talking to his mom cause the world wasnt sure about him, shyt when the damn Senate hearing went off you could see the disdain and grief on his face, he knew he fukked up somehow and he was tryna fathom all the dead people..
Eisenberg.. WOW, now i see where all the complaint comes from (seems more riddler than Lex), BUT PLEASE dont let that distract you from the plans and his execution of it all, THE AUDIENCE AT MY THEATRE loved him especially his jokes, shyt he was menacing, i could hear people chattering about how scary he is...
When he sent the piss jar and ol girl was SHOOK AS fukk , the whole cinema was silent, shyt was tense
Now his theme song.. WOW, HIS DAMN THEME SONG, if that didnt make him more menacing then im sorry, you just a hater.. cause that theme song when he got off his helicopter.. WOW, i was literally clapping cause shyt was just WOW..
Its funny how he never personally called himself ''LEX'' tho but addressed people to him as Alexander, so it might be a play on him not being the typical Lex we know but a variation of the alternate Earth Alexander.
''crime wave in Gotham'', ''WATER IS WET'' fukkING DEAD LOL
There's no reason anyone should complain about the movie being too dark, we have a Bruce who has been fighting crime for 20 years and has SEEN IT ALL, Alfred alluded to that with the constant theme of ''Good men turning Bad'' i saw it as both a play on supes and Bats, especially Bats cause this is an already established DC universe, one can come to the conclusion that Bruce was never this dark, the loss of Todd most likely pushed him over the edge, which is why he didnt seem to care about the level of brutality he handed out anymore.
With Supes, here we have a newbie superhero still coming to terms with his powers, and on his inception of being great has a hand to the loss of thousands of lives, he's still coming to the terms of what he caused/ could have prevented and also how the world doesnt seem to see him as a good guy. Of course he's not gonna be cheery, give the guy a break.
It was good to see an angry Supes tho, even I felt the terror.
NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE in the cinema was a fan of the romance between clark and lois , shyt nikkas was groaning when he sent the ring and when he stopped the fight with doomsday to save her, nikkas laughed all over when i shouted ''Let her die''
I think people shyt themselves in the first hallucination with the big ass Bat lol (i almost died yooooo)
I was the only one who got the Darkseid reference in the cinema smh (fukking noobs), evil supes = GOAT.. nikka fried the regime with no thought (Injustice ??)
Am i the only one who felt the Spaceship interaction with Lex was hinting at Braniac ?? the way the tentacles moved and the talk about the ship having knowledge of thousands of worlds, lol i mean.. BRAINIAC
Wonder woman was BEAUTIFUL.. i liked how they made her graceful and still showed she was a threat, she wasnt fighting doomsday to survive, bish was having fun they made her a princess and a warrior and it worked.
Once again, I stand with my notion that DC has a sleeper with Aquaman...nothing has ever been done underwater and especially amazing.. so i think DC has a chance to own something in this CBM era, if AM is done well, i think DC willl gain an edge, Drago looked damn good
Still iffy on Flash but we'll have to see, Cyborg cant comment, was nice seeing the Motherbox in action though.
...... IN CONCLUSION
The hate the movie is getting is HIGHLY unwarranted, whatever reason you have against the movie shouldnt be anything less than 60%
VISUALLY = 8/10 (would be higher if not for that cgi cringe fest when supes got nuked )
Story line = 6.5/10 (they had A LOT of stories to tell and not enough time)
Action = 10/10 (warehouse scene = GOAT fight scene EVER !! #2 is from Winter Soldier)
overall the movie is a must see, def seeing it again, its that good.
U seen it yet?Let me know if people are posting spoilers guys.

This is my biggest grip about this Superman. Breh reeks of self hate and insecurity and Synder/Goyer/Nolan clearly did this by mistake. The only part in the movie that legit pulled at my heart strings

Wonderwoman came outta nowhere giving out some SERIOUS licks dawg
The director wasnt playing with her character
I'm so pumped for the rest of the universe
Wonder Woman was so great.
Darkseid gonna be ruthless
